About the magazine

Valley & Valence is the parish magazine for Winterborne St. Martin (Martinstown), Winterbourne Abbas, Winterbourne Steepleton and Compton Valence. It is published monthly (with the exception of January and July) and runs to approximately 40 pages.

How to get your copy

Valley & Valence Magazine is distributed free to households in the Parish of the Winterbournes and the Parish of Compton Valence. It is also available from the four churches in these parishes.

Contribute to the magazine

If you have a story to tell, an interesting anecdote or some news that you would like to share with others, please send them in - and don’t forget to send photos! It would be much appreciated if copy is supplied to the editor electronically, as a text document (Microsoft Word etc), with any accompanying images as JPEG files. All copy must reach the editor by the 15th of the preceding month.

To advertise in the magazine, please apply to the editor, giving your contact details & invoice address. Advertising rates (as of November 2018): £12.00 per issue for a third page; £18.00 per issue for a half page; £35.00 per issue for a full page.
